Who say’s video games are bad for your health? This 100 year old woman regularly plays her Nintendo DS to stay sharp and she “Doesn’t feel a day over 18”.
It always impresses me to see an elderly person embracing technology. While I would agree that spending too much time playing video games is indeed bad for you, these games can keep your brain and reflexes working overtime!
I hope when I grow older there are still games such as Brain Age available to keep my mind sharp.
